How to purchase our services
First, find a movie you're interested in by using the seach function.
When you have found your desired movie, please select a length of time for your viewing.
Once you have decided on your desired viewing length of time, press the ADD TO CART button.
Complete the ordering process by following instructions on the screen.
By pressing the ORDER COMPLETE button, you will proceed to the page that asks you for your credit
card information.
Proceed by filling in the credit card information and to continue with the ordering process.
Once your credit card is processed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your
customer number.
At this point, your movie is ready to be downloaded.
You can check the products you have not purchased yet by pressing the SHOPPPING CART button.
You may also confirm your current list of downloadable movies in the DOWNLOAD LIST.
※ Note
If you accidentally order the wrong viewing time, your order will be processed as is.
Please proceed with your ordering process by following the instructions.
・In the event that your shopping cart does not work properly, please check the configuration of your browser.
PROMOTIONAL SINGLE DOWNLOADS
The movies you've purchased from the SINGLE DOWNLOADS may be downloaded by chapter.
The title is named after each DVD title.
The promotional movies clips are taken directly from the original DVD movies so they are named by their respective titles.
Example:
Title: Geki Fire
Product Number: S=MDVH-007 introduces the sixth chapter in the film.
Further screen details of the 6 stories.
When downloading the promotion movie, please be aware that 6 movies will be compiled into one download.
For single DVD movies, there may be cases where no promotional movie is available.
MEMBERSHIP AND POINTS

Once you register and become a member for free, you will be awarded with 500 points for your use.
Additionally, you will receive points worth 3% or your purchase price when purchasing items.
◎ If you join by the end of March 2010, you will be awarded an extra 5% on purchases made.
How to use your points
One point is equal to 1 Japanese Yen for purchases.
・ If using your points, please go to your SHOPPING CART/INFORMATION screen.
1.If using a combination of points and your credit card to make purchases, input the total
number of points you want to use in the appropriate form. After that, please select CREDIT CARD
as your preferred method of payment.
Check to make sure all information is correct and click to confirm. You will proceed to the
Order confirmation screen. Please check to make sure the desired number of points are shown.
※ Please note that the minimum purchase price for credit card usage is 210 Yen. Please adjust your points accordingly.
2.If you are using all your points for purchase, please make sure you have enough points to redeem.
Select PAY WITH ALL POINTS to continue.
Next, select the confirmation button to complete your order.
At this stage, please check to make sure that you have enough points to cover your purchase.
※ If you do not have enough points to cover your total purchase, you will not be able to complete your order.
In this case, please change your order or your method of payment to process order.
＜Additional notes＞
・ Points can be redeemed for purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points may not be moved, transferred or reinstated.
・ When you make your purchase using your points, the purchase will not be eligible to earn the 3% points.
・ Points will expire within one year if there is no purchase. At that time, points will be eliminated
from your account.
Furthermore, if your membership user ID is terminated, your points will expire at the same time.
※ Accumulating points in an improper manner is a violation of the terms in which case, we will terminate your membership.
※ Each individual is allowed to have one account and those who are found to have multiple accounts will be banned
as well as all points forfeited.

Billing statements and invoices
You will receive a statement from your own credit company after purchase. You will never be notified by Another Lane Inc.
through postal mail or any other method.
Depending on what credit card you use, the biller's name will be different on your statement.

Please keep all records of transactions until you receive your credit card statement.
